New product development for (group 1/tripod +)

The Tripod + project aims to redefine portable stabilization for modern content creators. While traditional tripods provide stability, they often lack the versatility required for dynamic environments. The "Plus" factor in this development incorporates features such as AI-driven auto-tracking, integrated modular lighting, or hybrid stabilization modes (e.g., converting from a tripod to a handheld gimbal). This study documents the NPD lifecycle-from identifying the "pain points" of mobile vloggers to the prototyping and testing phases. By leveraging lightweight carbon-fiber materials and IoT connectivity, the Tripod + seeks to bridge the gap between amateur mobile photography and professional-grade cinematography.
