Abstract

This study examines the impact of diverse physical activities including leisure, domestic, occupational, and travel-related on the mental health outcomes of Faculty of Sports and Recreation (FSR) students at UiTM Seremban 3. Despite their academic immersion in sports, these students face rising levels of stress, anxiety, and depression due to academic and social pressures. By analyzing how regular exercise influences emotional well-being, the research aims to provide tailored insights for enhancing student support initiatives and wellness strategies within specialized academic environments.
