Abstract

This study utilizes a convenience sample of 130 FAM referees to investigate how social support influences motivation levels and overall professional well-being. By employing linear regression analysis via Jamovi, the research quantifies the relationship between these variables to provide actionable insights for enhancing referee performance. The findings highlight the critical role of support systems in maintaining high motivation within the demanding environment of football officiating.
