Abstract

While global mental health issues are rising significantly, increased social media consumption is frequently linked to negative psychological experiences and a compulsive need for connectivity. This study explores this phenomenon by investigating how social media usage influences the mental health of visitors at Bangi Wonderland, offering unique insights into the Malaysian leisure and tourism context. By addressing this gap, the research highlights the intersection of digital habits and emotional well-being within specific recreational environments.
