Abstract
This study investigates the relationship between coaching leadership styles and athlete satisfaction among 177 student-athletes at UiTM Seremban 3. Utilizing a quantitative survey and Pearson correlation analysis, the research identifies predominant coaching behaviors and evaluates their impact on the athlete experience. The findings aim to optimize coaching effectiveness to drive better performance outcomes and institutional club development.
