Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the FIFA 11+ program compared to traditional warm-up routines in enhancing agility and power among youth soccer players aged 8–12. Over a four-week intervention, sixteen participants were assessed using the T-Test for agility and the standing long jump for lower-body power. By comparing pre- and post-intervention outcomes between the FIFA 11+ and control groups, the research seeks to provide evidence-based insights into optimizing warm-up strategies for improved motor skill performance in young athletes.
