Abstract
IPSIS Day Out 2022 was organized as a staff recreational and team-building programme held at Taman Botani Negara Bukit Cerakah on 16 August 2022. The programme included outdoor activities such as kayaking, treasure hunting, and flying fox to promote teamwork, communication, staff engagement, and positive workplace relationships in a recreational environment.
