Abstract
Promoting physical activity is essential for university students' mental health, as sedentary lifestyles are linked to increased emotional burnout. This study examines how environmental barriers and demographic factors specifically age and gender influence recreational sports participation at UiTM Seremban 3. By analyzing these variables, the research aims to inform inclusive planning strategies that reduce obstacles and enhance student well-being through increased engagement in recreational activities.
