Effect of foam rolling and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching on agility and muscular performance among U-17 Negeri Sembilan Football Club (NSFC) female players

Despite the importance of agility and muscular endurance in football, research on how recovery and flexibility techniques like foam rolling and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching affect performance in adolescent female athletes remains scarce. This study investigates the individual and combined effects of these interventions on U17 female players from the Negeri Sembilan Football Club (NSFC) to address unique physiological and developmental needs. By comparing these methods, the research aims to provide evidence-based training strategies that optimize neuromuscular control and athletic performance for this specific population.
