There are ministries involved in early childhood education which are Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Rural and Regional Development as well as Department of Unity and Integration. Another core strength at this age is affiliated, children begin to form the ability to join others and contribute to a group (Brandt et al., 2013). During this age, children also begin to experience self-awareness and tolerance. Self-awareness includes the capacity to begin, to recognize, value the abilities and to become strengths of others.
