Abstract
District Administrations at Simanggang, now as known as Sri Aman has been established on early 1846 when Batang Lupar territory has been took over by James Brooke. When James Brooke took over Batang Lupar territory the chaos by native people happen. It force his administration to build a fort as known as Fort James at Nanga Skrang on 1849. Fort James at Skrang is the first District Office that provide the need by the district administrations on that time. Government post at Nanga Skrang is only for a short period after the Fort Alice has been build on 1864. The administrations matter on that time is focus at Fort Alice.
