This report summarized my six-month internship experience at Sherwin-Williams Company, a leader in the paint and coatings industry. This understanding was crucial in navigating my role within the organization. The report also highlights the diverse brands and products that offered by Sherwin-Williams, showcasing the company’s commitment to quality and innovation. My training reflection captures what role that I play during my internship, reason why I choose to do my intern at Sherwin Williams, the practical insights and skills I acquired during my internship and also emphasizing how my academic knowledge was applied in real-world scenarios.
