Abstract

This study investigates the immediate effects of a 30-minute dynamic stretching intervention on agility and flexibility among eighteen male university volleyball athletes. By evaluating performance through the agility T-test and the sit and reach test before and after the session, the research seeks to address gaps in understanding how these warm-up techniques impact short-term athletic outcomes. The findings aim to offer evidence-based guidance for coaches and trainers in optimizing pre-competition preparation for collegiate-level athletes.
