Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between smartphone addiction and sleep quality among office workers in Johor to understand how excessive device use impacts employee well-being. By assessing addiction levels and sleep patterns, the research aims to identify behavioral trends that compromise health and performance in a workplace setting. Ultimately, the findings seek to provide a foundation for developing targeted health interventions and organizational wellness strategies to mitigate the adverse effects of digital dependency.
