The primary purpose of this report is to comprehensively elaborate on and reflect upon my invaluable industrial training experience at Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB), Seremban. This report serves not only as a documentation of my journey but also as an insightful exposition of ASNB's role, operations, and the extensive range of financial products and services it provides. ASNB, a subsidiary operating under the prestigious Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), is a prominent unit trust management company in Malaysia. It is especially renowned for Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB), a fixed-price fund that has earned the trust of the majority of Bumiputera investors nationwide. This report primarily focuses on the scope of responsibilities and tasks assigned to me during the course of my training, as guided by my supervisor. I consider it a tremendous privilege to have been part of ASNB Seremban, even as an intern, as it provided me with the unique opportunity to engage in both back-office and front- office functions. This dual exposure significantly broadened my understanding of the inner workings of a reputable financial institution, equipping me with hands-on experience and professional insights that will undoubtedly serve as a solid foundation for my future career in the finance and investment industry. Moreover, the vibrant, dynamic, and inclusive working environment at ASNB Seremban greatly enhanced my learning experience. I was surrounded by a team of dedicated, knowledgeable, and approachable professionals who consistently offered guidance and support. The culture of teamwork and mutual respect was evident in every interaction from the managerial staff to the cleaners and security personnel each playing an integral role in creating a welcoming and productive atmosphere. Their unwavering assistance and encouragement contributed immensely to my personal and professional development during the training period.
