Abstract
Industrial training is one of the compulsory courses for every UiTM student under the Diploma in Plantation Management course. It is important to expose students to real workplaces and to equip them with the necessary skills to prepare for future careers after graduation. Every student will eventually be attached in industrial training for one whole semester in order to complete the Diploma in Plantation Management course.
