Abstract

This study explores the immediate effects of a single 20-minute plyometric session comprising countermovement, side, and double-leg bounding jumps on the speed and balance of twenty futsal players aged 18–25. While most research emphasizes long-term training, results from 20-meter sprint and single-leg stance tests conducted in five minutes post-exercise highlight critical, underexplored short-term performance dynamics.
