Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB)

An extensive summary of my six-month experience internship at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB), a leading airport operator in charge of overseeing and running airports throughout Malaysia, is given in this industrial report. My internship was valuable because I got various actual tasks and professional practices, which apply my academic studies to real experience. Started my internship with Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) on 3 March 2025, with my direct supervisor, Puan Nurul Hafizah Binti Mohd Idrus, acted as my mentor throughout my internship and was instrumental in also developing the learning processes. During my internship, I was able to apply my academic learning to complete various tasks in several roles and therefore develop not only my technical skills but also my soft skills. This report will include a SWOT analysis which identifies MAHB's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the current competitive aviation environment, as well as my overview of the organisation, the company profile, and scope of my responsibilities. It also includes strategic discussions about my development experiences, challenges faced, lessons learned, and meaningful suggestions for improvements in the future.
