Abstract

Industrial training is one of the compulsory study requirements for the subject 'Industrial Training' which the course code is IMC690 in order to fulfil students to hold. It is a challenge for the students to adapt themselves in a real life job situation. I have chosen Perpustakaan Sultanah Bahiyah, Universiti Utara Malaysia as my internship place. I went for my practical training in PSB for 5 month which begins in 1 October 2020 until 28 February 2021. Perpustakaan Sultanah Bahiyah is good places for internship as student because we can be able to get many knowledge and experiences and it is no doubt that it is one of the suitable place for the Information Management student, especially Library Management students to do their industrial training. This industrial report consists of four chapters which is introduction, organizational information, industrial training activities and industrial training reflection. The experience, knowledge, lesson learnt, evaluation and recommendations that I have gained during my practical training will be included in this report.
