Abstract

This industrial training is one of the requirements for student Diploma in Planting Industry Management during their sixth semester. This industrial training is referring to work experience that is relevant to professional development prior to graduation. The main objective of industrial training is to expose the students with the latest technology and enable the students to have experience on working environment. Early exposure of the working environment is important for the students as it can increase the knowledge as well as the finesse and experience towards the organization. Furthermore, competent students can be produced by having an experience on industrial training. Industrial training can also narrow the gap between Institute of Higher Education (IPT) and industries.
