Bright Haulage Sdn Bhd

As the university requirement for completing a Bachelor of Office System Management (Hons.) (BA232) in MARA University of Technology Malaysia (UiTM), students are required to complete an internship with the purpose of in-depth practical knowledge of the specialization operation for 24 weeks which is around 6 months. This report will focus on my internship training at Bright Haulage Sdn Bhd under the supervision of Miss Nirmala A/P Vasu, which began on 24 February 2025 until 8 August 2025. The main objective of this internship training is to expose students to real-world working environments, allowing them to enhance their abilities such as soft skills, computer proficiency, and job-related competencies. Therefore, working at Bright Haulage Sdn Bhd has been a valuable experience that enabled me to grow both personally and professionally. Throughout my internship, it helped me improve myself and gain confidence in my abilities. In addition to fulfilling my roles, I had the opportunity to observe the company’s operational processes and corporate structure to complete this report. There are eight sections in this report which cover the company’s profile which include business core, organizational chart, vision, mission, goals and also their services offered. The second section is the training reflection. This section covers the details of my internship training regarding the duration, department, working hours, roles and benefits I acquire in this company. Furthermore this report used SWOT analysis to analyze its current situation by its internal strengths, internal weaknesses, external opportunities, and external threats. Then, discussion and recommendation can be made as the company analysis is ready whichaims to improve the company business growth and performance. Lastly, the conclusion can be made after all the content is finished. In addition, I have included references and appendix to support as evidence to this report. As a conclusion, the process of completing this report has made me understand more about how Bright Haulage works as a whole. I believe the knowledge and exposure I gained during this training will serve as a strong foundation to guiding me adapt, grow, and sustain a successful career in the future
