Abstract
Industrial training is a prerequisite to the award of Diploma students In Planting Industry Management, University Technology Mara Sarawak, Campus Mukah. It is also designed to give exposure and experience to the students about the real situation in their respective fields and early preparation for students before they enter the working world. For sessions from June to November 2016, the training runs for 3 months starting 05 December 2016 until 10 March 2017. I was stationed at TULAI ESTATE SIBU-SARIKE! ROAD, SARAWAK.
