Abstract
Pulau Pinang, JUNE 30, 2025 - The academic visit to the 2025 Planning Program Exhibition at USM provided practical exposure to UiTM Civil Engineering students regarding the Draft RKK Balik Pulau City Center 2035. This program emphasizes sustainable urban planning aspects that include environmental preservation, strategic development, and green building principles such as energy efficiency and sustainable design. Students also understand the role of green buildings in lowcarbon urban development and establish connections with agencies and industries. This initiative supports SULAM by linking academic theory to the real needs of the community and industry.
