Hibah Takaful's issues and challenges in Malaysia

This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the complex dynamics involved in the integration of hibah within takaful (Islamic insurance) in Malaysia. Hibah, which is defined as the voluntary distribution of surplus funds to participants in a spirit of goodwill, plays a crucial role in the takaful framework. However, successfully incorporating hibah into takaful operations presents numerous challenges that must be addressed.
