Report on industrial training at Galina Jaya (RUBBER) Company

Galina Jaya (RUBBER) Company is an private organization that supply raw material of rubber such as cuplump and sheet rubber to the Lam Aik (RUBBER) Company. Overall, as a trainer at Galina Jaya (RUBBER) Company I will repeatedly six common task which is making bills and calculate the price per kilograms of the Agents Rubber (cuplump and sheet rubber), fill the cuplump into big plastic "Jambo", weighing and labelling each Jambo by its weight, recheck each Jambo whether is labelled or not to avoid lost or confusion, loading the Jambo into lorry truck and last is arrange the Jambo on the lorry truck to make sure the lorry are full loaded. Through this fifteen weeks of training I learn how to be patience with the repeated task so that I can do perfectly the task given. Beside that, I also learn to be more honest in doing my task and even improve my communication with others. I do grateful that I have all this experience and I believe that this will be very useful later on when I am with my real job.
