Abstract
Industrial Training are designed to give exposure and experience to the students about the real situation in their respective field and early preparation for students before they enter the working world. The session of this Industrial Training runs for 3 months which was from 30 November 2015 to 6 March 2016. I was station by the management of Diploma Planting Industry of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) at Samarahan Plantation Sendirian Berhad.
