Iezzpro Incorporation Sdn. Bhd. is a fully Malaysian-owned company founded on January 8, 2001. It is located in Puchong, Selangor. The company is known for its expertise in the telecommunications industry and in civil and mechanical engineering. Along with its main technical services, Iezzpro offers professional consultancy to improve project implementation and support technology adoption. The company has made significant progress in using new technologies, especially in digital cellular radio base stations, fiber optics, and microwave systems. Its mechanical engineering services are customized to meet various system and equipment needs. Throughout my industrial training period at Iezzpro, I underwent a wide range of activities relating to the actual operations of the company. I had the opportunity to familiarize myself with core telecom products such as towers, poles, IDUs, ODUs, and microwaves. I was also taken through some finance and accounting duties, including handling accounts receivable, expense claims, and getting to know accounting software such as ABSS Premier. Other activities that I engaged in included organizing new site files using Microsoft Excel and assisting in preparing office works for project sites. My training was actually based on some hands-on work, which involved equipment lifting, moving, and arranging in the warehouse. I also took part in the documentation process and did some administrative work, especially pertaining to the closing of files for the year 2024. Dividend distribution records and calculations became an exceptional learning experience for me, with enhanced understanding of financial management practices within a corporate setup. The industrial training turned out to be an incredibly rewarding experience for me. This training helped me develop my communication skills and acquire real-life exposure to technical and administrative working in a company. I sincerely thank my trainer, Mr. Badri, for his valuable guidance and support during the entire period of my training in the company. I would also like to thank all the staff members and officers who rendered help and shared their knowledge during the internship.
