Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Pahang (PKNP)

The six months of industrial training at Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Pahang (PKNP) were summed up in this report. The internship's training period began on March 3, 2025, and ended on August 15, 2025. I was assigned to the Administration and Human Resources Department to begin my enlightening and professionally developing 6-month industrial training experience. I gained a deeper understanding of organizational management, administrative procedures, and human resources practices such as staff record management, recruitment processes, leave systems, and corporate correspondence handling while I was a trainee in this dynamic public sector. The statutory body company, PKNP dedicated to promoting Pahang's socioeconomic growth, offered a great framework for connecting theoretical understanding with practical applications. This training improved my problem-solving abilities and deepened my understanding of the role of human capital in accomplishing organizational goals. I carried out a SWOT analysis during the training, which identified PKNP's strengths in structured governance and an experienced workforce. The report covers important tasks, challenges, and the important lessons learnt, and it ends with recommendations to improve HR operational efficiency.
