Newsletter introduction

On behalf of the Editorial Board, it is a great pleasure to present the second issue of HOT & TOUR News-letter Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management, University Technology MARA Pulau Pinang. First and foremost, we would like to thank all authors for their exceptional articles for this issue. Without your continuous support and great contribution, the second issue would not have been possible to conceive. For that, we are truly blessed. Second, the success of this second issue depends on the great teamwork of the Edi-torial Board who has worked extremely hard in reviewing, editing and organizing the articles. Thank you to all members of the editorial board who have tirelessly dedicated their time, commitment, expertise and experience to make this second issue possible. Lastly, we would like to extend our gratitude to the Head of Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management, University Technology MARA Pulau Pinang, Dr. Norfezah Md Nor, for her invaluable advice and suggestions on making this issue a better one. With endless support and concerted effort from everyone in the faculty, we hope to continue motivating members of the faculty to keep on writing. Hopefully, together we would constantly work as a team to reach the impossible. Never-theless, this year has been a great year for the faculty as we were selected as the winner for publication awards at the Hari Inovasi UiTM Pulau Pinang, 2017 (Anugerah Penerbitan Berimpak Tinggi-Pertama & Anugerah Penerbitan Berprestij-Kedua) .
