Abstract
The year 2026 represents a new beginning filled with opportunities for growth and self-determination. Reflecting on 2025, it was a year marked by dedication, personal development, and the successful balancing of professional and personal responsibilities, resulting in the achievement of key performance targets. Continuous learning, adaptation, and resilience remained central throughout this journey. This first edition of 2026 introduces Through the Medical Lens, a new column that explores perspectives in biomedical research and clinical medicine. Additionally, the issue highlights ongoing CPR initiatives that reinforce UiTM’s leadership in lifesaving training, advancements in surgical skills development, and notable achievements by faculty members in community engagement and competitions.
