Abstract
On 13 and 14 November 2019, Assoc Prof Dr Irwin Ooi Ui Joo was invited by the United Nations Economic and Sosial Commission for Asia Pacific (UN ESCAP) to participate in the 3rd Working Group Meeting on Dry Ports. Dr Ooi’s role was to act as a resource person on the various legal regimes under which dry ports and multimodal transport operators operate.
