Muara Padang Temu Homestay reservation system with email notification

Muara Padang Temu Homestay Reservation System with Email Notification is a web-based system that provide reservation management to Muara Padang Temu Homestay which is located at Lot 850 Jalan Pantai, Padang Temu, 75050 Malacca. The purpose of this project is to create an efficient way of making reservation for a particular house in the Muara Padang Temu Homestay Reservation System. Currently, there are no system implemented in this homestay to help manage their homestay reservation. Problem arise from using manual system in this homestay. Homestay staff enter incorrect information of customer reservation and staff forgot to call customer to ask whether they have pay deposit or not. This homestay needs a web-based system that can handle customer homestay reservation in order for the homestay management to be more organized. This system able to manage homestay reservation and send email notification to user to inform them to pay deposit. The methodology used is waterfall model which consist of three phases that are Requirement gathering and analysis, Design and Implementation. The aim of the project has been fulfilled by completing the objectives such gather and analyse requirements that are needed for Muara Padang Temu Homestay Reservation System with Email Notification, design a web-based reservation management system for the homestay and develop web-based Homestay Reservation System. The requirement is gathered by conducting interview with homestay owner. Based on the data and requirement collected, analysis was made to specified what this system need to do and further understanding of user requirement. The document that has the details of this system which is Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and Software Design Document (SDD) has been completed.
