Study on least conservation of citric acid cycle in mitochondrial metabolism in whole organelle scale in terms of electrical engineering processes.
[Student Project]
(Unpublished)
Abstract
The main purpose of this project is to assist biologists and medical teams by evaluating mitochondrial bioenergetics primarily from a biology and biochemistry perspective. Through this study, a novel scope of knowledge and interdisciplinary application of engineering processes is demonstrated. As molecular modeling begins to emerge within engineering practice in Malaysia, this research utilizes computational tools to analyze molecular structures and bridge microscopic and macroscopic properties. By leveraging high-performance computing, realistic simulations of intra-molecular and inter-molecular interactions within large atom ensembles are achieved to evaluate cellular energy processes.
