Mobile application of solat for incapable person using rule based expert system

This project focuses on the development of mobile application of solat for incapable person using rule based expert system. The purpose of this project is to enhance the use of technology in guiding the incapable person to solat correctly. The process of learning using mobile application is faster and easier with the flip picture. To develop this mobile application, the rule based expert system is used as the technique. The rule based is the algorithm and the knowledge comes from the expert. For the system development, the method that is used is a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). SDLC process can be repeated and clearly documented. In the planning phase, it involves gathering the information. In the analysis phase, the analysis information is conducted. In the design phase, the flowchart, use case diagram, context diagram and interface are designed in this phase. To develop the mobile application is in the development phase. Lastly, the functionality of the application is tested in the testing phase and the result is the flip picture that show how to solat correctly. The limitation of this project is the used in Malay language and focus only for Android platfo1n1. To overcome this limitation, the language can be upgrade in English and Arabic language and to improve the platfom1, the development can be in the iOS platform and blackberry.
