Abstract

Improvements of patient health especially for patients with cardiovascular disease are important to National Heart of Malaysia (IJN). For patients undergoing treatment, keeping healthcare record and doing physiotherapy that have been suggested by the doctor could improve the patient's health. During consultation with the doctor, most of the patients cannot keep track about their activity and their daily food intake. Some of them could not perform physiotherapy exercise because of referral problems and poor enrollment Thus, in this research paper, upon the improvement of android mobile technology, android mobile is implemented in healthcare purpose. It is being used in activity tracker and exercise simulator coacher that help patients to adopt healthy lifestyle and enhance the quality of their life. Method used in this development was System Development Life Cycle to meet and exceed customer expectations based on the module that had been defined. With the implementation of the system, it improved the healthcare of the patients and successfully achieved the objective.
