[Student Project]
(Unpublished)
Abstract
This study critically examines the structural, procedural, and institutional framework of the Parliament of Malaysia through the lens of the Westminster parliamentary model. Inherited from the British colonial administration during independence, the Malaysian parliamentary system blends Westminster conventions with unique local Constitutional provisions, federalist structures, and political realities.
