Efforts to uphold the national language require strong support and commitment from the community, especially in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) era, where ICT, internet, and social media explosions have led to the spread of language mix through the use of simple words when communicating. Facebook is the most popular social site among Malaysians. However, in their enthusiasm using Facebook, they often use mixed language or Bahasa Rojak in their daily lives. The speech flow of Bahasa Rojak, which is a mixture of Malay and English is said to be a reflection of the attitudes and dislikes of Malaysians towards the Malay language, and the use of national language. The purpose of this study was to study the flow of speech used in the Facebook among users in Malaysia. This study uses a qualitative study method where data is obtained through content analysis. A total of 25 informants were involved in this study. The findings show that Bahasa Rojak, a mix of Malay and English in Facebook is very much used by users in Malaysia. This shows a reflection of the attitude and disaffection of Malaysians on the use of Malay language on social sites. This finding also demonstrates that the problem of Bahasa Rojak on social sites should be viewed more seriously so that the national language can be set to a better position.
