Abstract
It has already fourteen years that VSS System (M) Sdn. Bhd becomes incorporated. The effectiveness and efficiency of its employee work leads to the stabilization of the company. After several changes, the number of employee's turnover at least one employee per month. There are varieties of factors that can influence a person's level of job satisfaction. Job satisfaction describes as the satisfaction of working environment of individual towards the job.
The purpose of this study is to determine the level of job satisfaction among employees to find the relationship between variables and identify main problem factors that influent the employee in of their job satisfaction. A systematic sampling is used through probability sampling. 30 respondents from VSS System (M) Sdn. Bhd Johor Bahru, Melaka, Kuala Lumpur and their associates company have answered the questionnaire. From the finding, researcher has found out that employees are satisfied with the jobs and all the variables are related to each other except research through demographic factors. The organisation context is the most influential factor among employee of VSS System (M) Sdn. Bhd.
