Abstract

This operation management case analysis report is in respect of the processing of construction sand at a leading sand and gravel company in Kuching, Sarawak known as Phua Soon Heng Sendirian Berhad. This is an Applied Business Project undertaken by a group of five EMBAs candidates in partial fulfillment of the requirement of the EMBA programme at MARA University of Technology (UiTM).
