Case Study : ASC Ecogreen Company / Siti Sarah Mohd Sabri

This study was done to offer an idea of how to implement technology solution in real life based on what the students heard about entrepreneurship in technology. As a student of statistics, a case study for actual business activity is relevant for all to experience. We had the opportunity to interview ASC Ecogreen, one of the plant nursery shops located in Sungai Petani , Kedah, to complete this task. This company has many products for reader information, which they provide such as saplings, pots, fertilizers etc. This company was therefore chosen because we are interested in developing a fertilizer product.
` We had done few researches on the fertilizer-related article before the actual research was published, because we just want to focus on fertilizers. This is important so we can get a better understanding of the product. After that we gather this company's general information through methods of interviewing and observing. The company's background information, product and services and, lastly, the company's technology uses were collected. In addition, all of the strategies on how the company promotes its products and this company's achievement are gathered using methods above. Using SWOT analysis, we were able to recognize the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks of the organization while gathering all of the information we received
