Abstract

This research was aim to study on the determinants of financial well-being among employees in Kolej Poly-Tech MARA Kota Bharu. The objectives of this research are to identify the relationship between financial well-being with financial literacy, financial behaviour, financial capability and financial problem. The target of population is employees in Kolej Poly-Tech MARA Kota Bharu with the sample size of 100 respondents. Descriptive study was used as the research design since the researcher used primary data which is questionnaire for data collection. The researcher used SPSS software to analyse the data. From the result obtained shows that financial literacy, financial capability and financial problem are significantly related to financial well-being among employees in Kolej Poly-Tech MARA Kota Bharu
