Abstract

This research is conducted to determine the slaughtering of animals regarding the law and practice from the civil and Islamic law perspective. This topic is chosen for the reason that it has never been brought for discussion despite proper slaughtering is very important for it has been practices in all around the world. Therefore, this issue needs more discussion and explanation for the future benefit.
