Abstract

Performance management includes activities to ensure that goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner. Performance management can focus on performance of the organization, a department, processes to build a product or service, employees. Information in this topic will give you some sense of the overall activities involved in performance management.

This research consists of six chapters. Chapter 1 explains the background and introduction of the research, while Chapter 2 explores the objectives of study and the issue arises, and Chapter 3 discusses the terms and literature review which guide the research. Chapter 4 will discuss on the findings and the recommendation made by the researcher is provided in Chapter 5. Finally the conclusion made is summarizing in Chapter 6. Based on findings, it shows that the company cannot cope with the internal problems besides the companies also have a problem with the other parties where they cannot give a good commitment to the organization and it also will make the difficulties to the organization to complete the task.
