The rapid growth of mobile device technology lead to common scene for people to acquire one. Usage of mobile device has expanded to a certain extent where teachers have use it as a learning medium in the class. As music has evolving into modern culture, many has shown interest in playing musical instrument and most common to be found is guitar. The problems occur when people find it difficult to properly learn the guitar due to excessive payment of the class. Besides, common classes may not be interactive to rouse learner’s passion. Furthermore, conventional learning does not induce enjoyment among students. This project is developed by implementing Gagne Instructional Design Theory into the application. Gagne’s theory is suitable to set as a guideline for learning system. Every instructional events were carried out in the application to enhance learning for user due to incorporation of multiple multimedia elements in the learning materials. The application does not charge user for any money. Usability testing had been carried out to evaluate the project. The findings that have been obtained from the questionnaire can be concluded that users agreed with the overall performance of the application may help them learn guitar. In conclusion, this project has achieved all of its objective and future works are possible in order to improve the application.
