Abstract

Penyelidikan ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti persepsi pelanggan terhadap penerimaan dan minat ke atas Sistem Pengesai? Kenderaan (Vehicle Tracking Sysyem) di kalangan firma firma pengangkutan di Lembah Klang. Penyelidikan ini merupakan satu kajian 'exploratory' berdasarkan kepada teknologi baru dari negara maju. Kajian ini menggunakan analisis varians, chi-square, cross tabulation berasaskan kaedah Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil penyelidikan mendapati kebanyakan firma pengangkutan berminat dan menerima Sistem Pengesan Kenderaan tetapi tidak di dalam waktu terdekat kerana halangan teknologi, kos dan kesediaan.
